It is a fast, growing company that has lots of potential for advancement....if indeed, it can keep up with the fast, paced growth it has been achieving.
Cons
Due to the fast growth of the company, many workers are feeling overwhelmed and overworked...day in and day out...call after call...unable to follow through...and finish it later. (If you remember what you were supposed to do and if you can find the time between calls....NOT!This is where stress and anxiety can build up and definite burnout! It's hard to focus on the next customer when you are still thinking about the previous caller and what needs to be done in order to help them. There is hardly ever a moment to breathe between calls and I believe this can reflect back to the customer. Afterall; we are only human and not robots! Much more can be achieved when treated as such.
