Pros
Company has invested in a leadership program and putting everyone thought it. Unfortunately, its cookie cutter and run by someone who is not a leader and has zero experience in leadership development.
Cons
Let's have a program that reflects who we are and what we do. This is cookie cutter and a rip off of what I had at my two last companies! I'm not surprised, the person running this is nice, but dumb. You really expect a twenty something who has never been a leader can develop them? Afraid not guys.
