Pros
They work hard and play hard. Great pay and benefits packages with a good PTO setup as well. Amazing mangers and very good development programs for those that are new to management roles.
Cons
They purchased 2 companies over the past 2 years and are still trying to figure out how to fit them together. Many redundant roles throughout the organization.
