If you are looking to move up in the organization you better manage the way everyone does. They manage from their ivory towers and don’t try and get out to work with you improving your craft. And you better find a senior manager to latch onto to help you climb that ladder. Don’t have your own ideas because you will be told to just do what they tell you. And most importantly stay away from SP, as he will only push you down for himself to get ahead. If you have to work with SP then you should leave because he’s a snake and treats people terribly.
