Pros
This place has a great opportunity to make good money but I wasn't very lucky to get a warm lead in my position , cold calling most of the time.
Cons
Poor of management ,Training is based on shadowing , i received my training on salesforce virtually after 2 months of getting the job . Lake of marketing you have to get you leads from cold calling if you are outbound sales.
