Pros
Lots of these! But in no particular order: Manchester office is a really great space to work - central location, but also a really good office, clean, nice atmosphere, great coffee and biscuits always available. Good salary for the industry I feel very looked after here as an employee Good annual leave rate (plus option to purchase more) Great staff within CS Great management chain within CS (and a well above average rate of females holding senior positions, both within the department and out of it) Great work life balance, no evenings and weekends Varied work, no two days are the same, it is far more in depth than many other CS roles, far more challenging but that also makes it far more interesting
Cons
Systems don't always perform particularly well (but which company doesn't have IT issues at times? This is also an area that is being worked on)
