Pros
So wex has one main problem in the UK. HR are self serving and completely incompetent, this means you may get a great deal from this company.
Cons
As per above inconsistencies, it’s pure luck. every aspect is inconsistent (salary, titles, role content, workload) It’s an office, but health and safety is absent (basic stuff like fire safety, no assessment of desks etc etc ) Policies missing, no inductions from hr because it’s not their job. Far too US centric Obsession with diversity, but don’t actually understand what it means Share price stagnation says it all really
