      Pros

      Remote culture, flexibility, awesome people, great company values. I had a good team when I was at WEX, and my direct line of leadership was helpful and eager to help me progress within the company. Unfortunately, layoffs happened.

      Layoffs in recent times, tech stack is a bit aged (though moving forward)

      Pros

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
