I can't say enough praise about the WFS group. There is a respect for all individuals who work here. The leadership team genuinely cares about their staff and invests in their growth. It is a performance based company with appropriate compensation based on such.
I appreciate that there are opportunities for growth and training. It feels much more like a team than everyone being in competition with each other.
I have really loved working here so far and look forward to many years here.
