Pros

- you learn what red flags look like - you gain clarity on what you value

Cons

The work environment was extremely tense and often felt like walking on eggshells. Employees were discouraged from asking questions but were also criticized for making assumptions, which made it difficult to feel confident in decisions. Mistakes were often treated as major failures rather than learning opportunities, creating a culture of fear instead of growth. The lack of local HR support and the constant turnover of employees only added to the feeling that the workplace was unsustainable.

Pros

Good salary and benefits, insurance was OK

Cons

I received a good offer from this company less than a year ago. From the outside, the company looked successful through LinkedIn, its website, and marketing efforts, but the reality inside was very different. The company lacked structure, learning opportunities, and professionalism. There were also several red flags. The positive reviews seem more like marketing, while the lower reviews better reflect the real employee experience. This may explain why many new hires leave within a year.
