Pros
My coworkers in my team were all super friendly and chill, very willing to help each other out.
Cons
Besides the people in my team, I don't really get to talk to anyone else. During meetings, it feels like you don't really have a voice because it gets overshadowed. There wasn't really an HR department, only a fiance, so it's a bit of a mess. When voicing problems to " HR" we'll have to keep bugging them repeatedly until we get any reply.
No matter what work we did, during company meetings, they would never get recognized, we kind of get pushed to the back seat. Even the head of my team doesn't get much of an opportunity to talk.
