We do want to hear everything you are willing to share- both the good and the bad. When we can make changes for the better, we do this as expeditiously as possible. WGI is constantly in need of more great associates including engineers and like most professions, we are dealing with many challenges with attracting talent from a very limited pool. However, we are focused on increasing technology to leverage deliverables with less people and you will start to hear and see more on this in the coming months. Remember that our best people often come from referrals from our existing team, so please share your ideas on great people with HR!

Pros

Excellent benefits, departments are very cooperative, professional environment, fair workload, good company morale, and encourages professional/educational development and business innovation.

Cons

Room for improvement with downstream communication, some departments are more rewarding to work in than others, growth and potential of promotion is strictly limited by education or certification level and much more difficult to accomplish for lower level employees, and very little to no SOPs in place for certain procedures.
