Pros
- Some people are very nice at the Manchester Office
- Pay is decent
Cons
- Really strict about dress code
- Office culture is awful, you'll get told off for wearing headphones whilst working
- Some clear favourites, who can do no wrong
- Led by people who seem to have no vision
- Proper "old boys club" at the top, I saw a female leader be pushed out whilst I was there, for no other reason than she was a female and there was a man who wanted her job (he had no qualifications / skills in this area)
