We know things move quickly at WHOOP, but to your point, doing so has helped us double in size over the past year, so this is key to our continued growth.
Transparency is central to WHOOP, ensuring all team members feel trusted, empowered, and helps spur innovation. We have every intention of sharing as much as we can, as often as we can, which will be even more important through our next phase of growth. As for benefits, we always want to ensure we offer employees a competitive and robust package at our current size, so this is something we continually assess and evaluate.
