      International environment, great colleagues, family friendly

      Cons

      Not a generous employer when it comes to salary. Salaries are generally low compared to public universities, increasing the salary is also not easy; Not much long term career development possibilities available.

      - laid back working environment - great work-life balance - good benefits - great colleagues

      Cons

      - certain things aren't implemented university-wide (home office) - flat hierarchy offers very little room for career advancement - extremely high turnover

      great people, intelligent students and great name (at least in germany)

      Cons

      professors are unwilling to take care of phd students, most of the phd students were forced to leave without degree
