There are no cons at this agency. They offer support, opportunities for training, and great supervision. The management is very knowledgeable and experienced in the DV field and are great role models.

Wonderful culture. Allow for skills development. Encourage creativity and innovation. WHW provides a wonderful work and life balance; they will not over work you and encourage outreach and networking with others/agencies.

Small team, so your help is needed in just about everywhere in the organization--so if you are a person that wants to be a specialist rather than a generalist, this is not for you. Also, if you have the "who's in charge of that" mentality, you will not be happy here.
