Since there aren't many projects in this firm (like real billable projects) so you won't learn anything while you stay in this firm. There are no good mentors and seniors that you can learn from. Those seniors and directors don't even know the basic of architecture. You will waste all your time on meaningless (and tacky) renderings over and over. There are many non billable projects and competitions most of times so you won't have any chances to learn real projects in this firm.
