      Pros

      A team with diverse background. Flexible working hours. Work from Coworking Space.

      Cons

      Senior management that doesnt really manage the team. You dont have leaders here, all you get are bosses. You are expected to give all your hours to the company. Your personal time is not yours, but C-levels get to take long vacation here and there and disappear.

      Pros

      - Flexible working hours - Opportunities to learn more about the startup industry - International working environment - Chances to be exposed to different aspects of running a business (the good, the bad and the ugly) - Lots of opportunities to meet people from startups, accelerator programs etc.

      Cons

      - Low wages, intense workload (if you are looking for a job to earn enough money to survive in HK, this is not for you) - Management lacking a sense of time management - Lack of guidance - Irresponsible colleagues can get away with not doing their job (yet still getting paid more than you)
