Pros
Pretty much zero, pay is decent I guess. Non-leadership coworkers are nice because we all get abused together.
Cons
Where to start. Every single review about the CEO being a tyrannical screaming child are true. You will be berated, yelled at, sworn at, and belittled in front of the whole company and you'll be expected to sit there and take it. By far the most TOXIC dysfunctional workplace I've ever been apart of.
Expectations will shift by the hour and you'll be expected to just read the leader's mind and if you don't...yep more yelling screaming and temper tantrums.
I saw the poor reviews and ignored them thinking "it can't be this bad" but it is, if not worse. I beg you to please stay away, I strongly believe these are not good people.
