      Pros

      I love working at WIS International in PA. Our district manager as well as our general manager in PA are transparent, professional, understanding, flexible, and compassionate. Really, the whole team I've met so far are excellent people to work with.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there are a lot of middle managers that employees have to work with. It's a very dynamic and fluid environment, to say the least, so the rules change depending on whose team you're working with for the day.

      Pros

      • occasional travel • short days • simple work • relaxed professional atmosphere

      Cons

      • short days (good and bad depending on financial need so be wary) • unpredictable hours (basically unemployed Halloween thru christmas) • communication issues • (supervisor specific) work related tasks done outside of work hours. Planning, texting, and equpiment retrieval is all unpaid. • unshared extra labor (ex: driving team 1-3hrs to events, car maintenance/detailing, etc.)
