Pros
After just over 3 months with the company I can wholeheartedly say that WISE provides an excellent work environment and good opportunities to thrive in your respective roles. I have worked with other companies who never gave me creative freedom or the ability to to pursue a solution that might have seemed irregular, but my superiors with WISE were happy to hear any and all solutions, no matter how unorthodox they were. The WISE team has been excellent to work with, and I feel as though I'm fitting with the culture well. Pros: - Good positive work culture. - Good benefits and time off. - Clear direction from superiors. - The company strives to have excellent organization and communication between all departments. (This is especially helpful between the SEO & Development departments) - The initial onboarding is not static, and continues to evolve well into your first 90 days. I found that my manager was empathetic and eager to help me acclimate to my new responsibilities) - The team has regular meetings - The company plans team retreats. (I am eager to attend the next upcoming retreat myself!) - And most of all, everyone is friendly! 🙂 I would highly recommend WISE to anyone as an employer.
Cons
I don't have many cons, but here are a few that come to mind. - Work can be highly creative, but this can also be a downside since work may not have clear parameters for success/procedure. - Those who work in departments who don't want client-facing roles may still be required to have some client interactions. (I don't personally have a problem talking with people, but I'm an extrovert)
