Pros
Nice office space
Flexible WFH around the holidays
Some great coworkers despite the circumstances
Get to work with cool clients
Cons
Management is very young, untrained and immature. It is an unprofessional working environment and can be cliquey.
Base pay is fine for first year, but bonuses are paltry and raises are very few, especially for the amount of work.
After my time, but the company also hires post-grads to a “training program” that wasnt nearly transparent enough and tricked a lot of people into accepting a job in a new city just to have the rug pulled out from under them when there wasn’t a space for them.
Lack of respect for work life balance, constant late nights, work expected on weekends and holidays.
Really rampant AI around everything and your job would be threatened if you didnt use it enough.
Severely high turnover due to work environment. This also causes a lot of extra work and change.
ALSO, a lot of the random, short 5 star reviews are somewhat fake, because on my first day, they assigned us a task to “leave a Glassdoor review if we were having a good time.”
