      Friendly Team, Flexible Schedule at my studio, part time and full time opportunities at the time. Room to grow and improve

      Cons

      Not anything I can think of off the top of my head. To work in a darkly lit and cold temperature control room, you have to be someone able to work in that style environment.

      Being able to work with some of the best journalists and anchors in the area is a big perk of working here.

      Pros

      Working at WITN can open so many doors. This company is full of great people and if you have a desire to grow professionally, they will do everything to help you on that path.

      Cons

      News generally doesn't pay very well, especially in lower markets. Depending on your position, you could end up working strange hours and/or weekends.
