Some bad managers, extremely micromanaging
New leadership transitioning over the past few years eliminating a lot of former perks such as:
Used to pay ~$20 for employee meals during meetings, which didn't count towards your 40 hour work week (had to hit 40 hours, even when salaried)
Now the maximum is $11 a meal, and the hour still does not count towards your 40 AND benefiting from expensing your meal for taxes
Small similar changes over time pushing for higher profitability, higher number of billable hours, less overhead at the expense of QOL perks
No real diversity, majority is older white males
Pushed to return to office as soon as possible, regardless of Covid and no vaccines
Extremely late to allowing remote work for covid while numerous industries had already been working remote for over a month
