Pros

All the overtime you could want. Residents are generally amazing people. Decent pay for the area

Cons

Took shift differential away for $1 clock in bonus that you'll never get Owner has to approve all expenses so we never had supplies, Gloves, depends, soap all the necessities! Some of their nurses wont report issues and it leads to bigger issues! Lots of preventable sickness goes on in this place! Too many dirty employees bringing in unwanted sicknesses and bugs!!

Pros

Reasonable pay for the job title, but not for the amount of added responsibilities.

Cons

Owner buys family-owned facilities and destroys them. Cares more about the money than any employee or resident. Facilities are forced to go without basic essentials such as briefs, wipes, and gloves due to owner denying expenses. CNAs cannot provide adequate care without these basic supplies. Very high turnover rates due to overworked staff and owner’s poor treatment toward staff. Continues to buy more facilities than to support the many that are struggling. Health insurance premiums are equivalent to a full paycheck. Would not recommend this company to any employee or family member seeking placement for their loved ones.
