      Great Company for non professionals - Heavy Equipment Operator WM Employee Review

      Pros

      Hours M-F; room for advancement if your connected to the right people; paid weekly; most of the staff were cool to work with.

      Cons

      Low pay in the southern region compared to its northern counterparts. Workload gets slow at times. Vacation time should be average of the weekly hours worked not straight 40 per week.
