Cons
Lack of trickle down communication from senior leaders to front line management and staff Lack of communication has led to a lot of distrust issues bw mgmt and staff Leaders are promoted based on top individual performance; thus they usually do not have the competancy to develop and mentor staff. They still have an individual contributor mindset. Lack of diversity in all sales channels and leadership Silo'd field operations. The Corporate entities seem to operate completely differently from field ops- even having different set of protocols. Lack of information sharing amongst groups- competitive internally Work/life balance can be non-existent depending on the work group. Even leaders feel that work/life balance rhetoric is "lip service"
