Not About Employees Place Sucks - Driver WM Employee Review

Over 30 yrs and benefits/perks are all gone. They couldn’t care less about employees. Forced to work 11-12 hr days 5 days a week, strictly limiting vacation so you lose it, bonuses used to be $2000 for safety, attendance, etc. and now $25. Telling employee they can’t take a sick day to stay home with sick kid which isn’t even legal in NY. Instead of filling openings they work drivers for longer days that aren’t consistent with work/personal life balance. To go to a doctor’s appt it’s like pulling teeth. New people make the same per hour as people who’ve worked here for 25+ years so raises are non-existent. Not family oriented like they try to portray.
