Never boring, you learn so much consulting for many different customers. Everyone shares knowledge and there is a lot of teamwork. Management works hard to build a great remote culture.

We uave grown rapidly so there has been some growing pains, but management is committed to (and delivers) on improvements.

I’ve had a great experience working here. The company fosters a genuinely supportive environment where leadership trusts employees and encourages autonomy in day-to-day work. I’ve always felt empowered to take ownership of my projects and make meaningful contributions without micromanagement. Professional growth is clearly a priority—there are plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, and advance your career. The team culture is another major highlight: collaborative, positive, and filled with people who genuinely want to see each other succeed.

It can be challenging to balance a number of priorities and everyone is fully emersed in their day-to-day but I think that's the fun part of being at a place where I can leave a mark and help the company grow. If it was easy everyone would do it!
