      - well respected firm in the industry - work on large-scale transportation projects in the Bay Area - salary and benefits are typical (but nothing special)

      Cons

      - communication Is very poor - company culture feels inauthentic - management are out of touch, and out of sync, with each other - profits drive all action, regardless of sustainability or human regard - reactive approach to problems

      Pros

      Staff are super friendly and willing to help each other out. Relaxed work environment. Weekly meetings are great to keep the staff informed of what is going on within the company. Reimburse you in business expenses, and also in public transportation.

      Cons

      So far the work experience at WMH has been great and have yet to find a negativity within the company.
