      Pros

      Allows engineers to take on new roles. Project managers are great mentors and are willing to help younger staff. Projects are of big size and allow for a lot of learning to happen.

      Cons

      Smaller size firm. Mostly focus on highway projects.

      Pros

      Staff are super friendly and willing to help each other out. Relaxed work environment. Weekly meetings are great to keep the staff informed of what is going on within the company. Reimburse you in business expenses, and also in public transportation.

      Cons

      So far the work experience at WMH has been great and have yet to find a negativity within the company.
