Pros
You get to experience a very good working environment, with super friendly colleagues. Company looks at your performance above everything else. Very good place to work in. Everything is transparent, you can learn just about everything there is to learn here if you're really up for it.
Cons
Fast pace startup environment, sometimes you gotta catch up with the energy. One might not have the energy to be socially active at times, so you might feel left behind. Still on the lower end of payscale, but reward comes with performance for sure. Benefits isn't the best, but worth the experience of work satisfaction.
