Good culture overall, good diversity and inclusion, good work life balance
Cons
The company is almost 20 years old and is still claiming a startup label. In reality organisational growth is stagnant with revenue source being 3 to 5 major users. Salaries are not competitive, perks are ok via PerkBox, personal development is limited. There is training budget but only if it's related to your current role not if it's something that can benefit future roles.
