FLEXIBILITY is one of the best things about this company. Great work-life balance for non-leadership positions. Everyone here really does care for one another, and treats each other as family. Extremely relaxed and (mostly) fun atmosphere. Pay can be decent to pretty good depending on your negotiation skills.

Multiple major shifts in upper level management over the past 5 years. Communication and consistency across departments and facilities needs a lot of work.

Management went consistently downhill over the course of my employment. The owner of the business was erratic and made often made careless decisions. Pay raises basically only happened if you threatened to leave.
