Pros
• Working hours are OK. • There's a FEW rare gems here (mostly in design/tech). • Nice office, though no amount of bean bags could give this place an atmosphere.
Cons
• Some of the most dull, humourless people I've ever worked with were at Wongdoody London (special points to business/PM side). • Within these are bullies, gaslighters, and oh, HR (ironically named 'People & Culture') condones and encourages this behaviour :) •Cracking a joke, having personality or showing merely mild human emotion is treated with suspicion. Unless of course you’re male and/or senior, then do whatever you want I guess. •The small pool of great people here are outweighed by a culture of loser, power trippy beige blobs. • Think Severence the TV show, minus the intrigue.
