      Pros

      Flexible- cares about employees and their families. Your co workers in every dept strive to be #1 in the market. Fairly good amount of resources available for video production. Pay is average but there are some fun perks to the job that make it exciting and fruitful.

      Cons

      Hours can be crazy with special broadcasts and events but that's the same everywhere if you're in this business. Not a lot of bad things to say.

      Pros

      The people you meet here are some of the greatest, most hardworking people in the world. I’ve made lifelong friends at this place.

      Cons

      Management is very messy. They will tell you one thing one day and the opposite the next. Their standards are different for everyone and a lot of the younger staff get taken advantage of (working crap hours, training). The pay is also horrible for a legacy station and the pay increases each year are laughable.
