      Pros

      Absolutely amazing staff. Everyone who works there are friendly and inviting. The office is extremely nice and in a good location.

      Cons

      Micromanagement. Say it louder for those in the back. More importantly - absolutely NO work life balance. You have a personal issue? Forget it. Family member passes away? When are you completing your goals? You are sick? Well you are coming in right? Family member with problems? Use your pto and beyond that - it’s unacceptable.

      Pros

      Great salary that went from $14/hr to $23/hr in a year, most people were nice and fun to be around, work wasn't too challenging, flexible with schedule if told ahead of time

      Cons

      Some people in the newsroom didn't know how to handle stress AT ALL, some people were very rude and felt they were more superior to anyone who has worked there less than them, no job progression, management was sloppy and didn't talk to anyone they didn't see in office (night shift weekend workers), no photogs on the weekend nights so we missed out on lots of opportunities
