      Fast paced and the day goes quickly.

      Cons

      Poor communication amongst management and level 1/2 support teams. Systems aren't always in working order, creating more double handling then necessary (mostly due to poor communication and unrealistic deadlines)

      Flexible work environment, benefits, paid time off.

      Cons

      A lot of work. Work life balance can be difficult. Client expectations are sometimes unreasonable and leadership doesn’t set boundaries to protect teams.
