Pros

You can take the previous afternoon off before a long bank holiday.

Cons

I worked at WPP for a few years and unfortunately, it was a very unpleasant experience. The company doesn't seem to care about its own staff, and there are so many people in high positions who are not competent in their work and abuse their power. The company only gives pay rises to people who have better relationships with managers, and there is a big gender pay gap. In addition, there is clear discrimination against women. Overall, WPP is a toxic place to work, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you are a big seller. You don't need any expertise or skills, just a big mouth. In short, I had a terrible experience at WPP, and I would not recommend anyone to work there.

Pros

Flexible work environment, benefits, paid time off.

Cons

A lot of work. Work life balance can be difficult. Client expectations are sometimes unreasonable and leadership doesn’t set boundaries to protect teams.
