Pros

Strong global brand with good exposure to large-scale clients and integrated campaigns Opportunity to work across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.) which helps build solid hands-on expertise Fast-paced environment that accelerates learning and decision-making skills Supportive peers and collaborative team culture in most cases Good visibility and accountability at mid–senior levels, which helps in career growth

Cons

Chronic shortage of resources leads to high workload and pressure on existing team members Work-life balance can suffer during peak periods due to stretched teams Processes can sometimes feel rigid, making quick execution challenging Long working hours are often normalized instead of being treated as exceptions Resource planning and capacity management need improvement to ensure sustainability

Pros

People are great, New leadership is turning things around back to how it was

Cons

No brand identity anymore with rebrand of WPP Media. Mindshare story has been lost. If you have been a long time employee the new way merits are don’t hurt you. No bonuses this year. HR department is the worst.
