Everything. Turd covered in glitter. Buzz words and all the correct benefits and societies in place but zero support for employees. Unmanageable workload, employee turnover incredibly high, no handovers ever. No support from senior management. Contacted at all hours. Given time off for world mental health day only to have deliverables moved forward that meant having to work right through that day late into the night. Senior management not supportive in the slightest. People being openly at breaking point and HR just brushing it off.
