Pros
The people that you work with. They have several healthy incentives that are nice. There is a health clinic on campus.
Cons
Deceitful. Instead of being above board and honest, if they want to get rid of you for any reason, they start with a Needs Improvement rating on your yearly review. When the time comes to do any firing, the first people to go are the ones that were rated with a needs improvement. It is a broken system run by vindictive managers
