      Pros

      Some nice people on staff. Decent work/life balance. Lots of free CDs floating around the office.

      Cons

      A fearful, status-quo mentality dominates here. Ratings have declined and the response has been to steadily water-down the programming and drive away the most knowledgeable employees. Senior managers tend to be territorial and petty. There's very little spirit of innovation or excitement about the product.

      The station creates great work that serves its listeners nationwide. Engaging and unique community events that audience members love to attend.

      Cons

      Unorganized work structure and not always the most supportive team culture. Hesitant towards new ideas.

      Human resources department with a strong career development program, opportunities to network and sleek-looking workplace.

      Cons

      Office politics, some staff unsociable (don't want to be bothered by interns), lack of program structure and mostly routine work.
