Pros
This company is an environmental consultant firm that actually cares about improving the environment. WRA is full of environmentalists that are passionate about what they do . There is a great company culture with supportive co-workers and a C-level team that is constantly keeping WRA progressive and relevant.
Cons
From my perspective, there is room for growth with how effectively multiple teams work together on complex projects. This seems to be something WRA is actively working on improving.
