Great experience with amazing company - Senior Software Developer WRC Technologies Employee Review

I have been working with WRC since its inception in 2011 and also prior to that with the Director&CEO when he was an employee in another company (was my CEO) I have notice most of the negative reviews are majorly from the year 2017 when this company actually faced a set back when an employee in a managerial position started interacting with two very old and clients and one new client of the company personally and offered to provide the same service at a much lower rate. He not only left the company with the three clients two of which were with the company since 2011 but also took away half the team. two major problems. The first problem was because of the trusting nature of the CEO and his interest to enhance skills of deserving employees he grooms to manage multiple roles efficiently. Not only technically, you also start interacting with the international clientele directly. And then people get the great idea of why not open their own company. It’s awesome and believe me he will encourage you and help you too. But the person/employee responsible for the first problem in 2017 What do you think will happen to mid size company with approx 20 employees when suddenly the next day you come to work and see more than half the team have resigned unexpectedly without notice (but after taking salary) and after that three clients stop communicating with you and do not release pending payments either?????? The second problem which immediately came into play was the dreadful note-bandi phase. I agree the company was in a bad phase and a long one you have to have gut to fight it and survive and now has started pulling up again from 2018 end. Today all the employees who stood by him have got an increase in pay which is not normal of any organization to give. He has a big heart if you have the grit to work with him. There are people who were fresher’s who and not getting jobs anywhere and in a bad state as they had to repay their education loan and were under pressure from banks come to this CEO and he took under his wings. Many of them are working for top MNC’s like CTS, TCS, SIEMENS, many working abroad and top blue chip companies. But yes they worked hard for it and spent time to hone their skills. I am also an example, I used to ride an old rickety bike and used to live in a rented flat when I started under him. Today I own a premium bike, a top model car (not the budget cars) and also have my own flat and my daughter studies in a top school of Kolkata in Park Street.

Its a mis sized company so there can be phases, sometime employees leave at a crucial stage of a project for a better offer though the CEO will try his best to beat that better offer and retain you if you are worth it. And at time the clients don't pay. Both in turn affects revenue. It is not so bad always. However if you are someone who really needs the money on time all the time all your life with no room to accommodate or compromise no matter how genuine the reason is for a delay, you should consider other options and the best one is to get into a govt. job. However these days even govt. employees in many sectors are not being paid timely or receiving increment as per policy.

Working with WRC Technologies is a great milestone for my work career. Learned several things at work and a formal behavior of corporate world which was something I always wanted to experience. all the seniors are very helpful
