      No pros...Please do not join this company...

      Cons

      So called CEO will never trust you... Old mentality...No place to grow...very less learning opportunity...bad product...No brand image...No decision making power...Frustrated CEO will peep into your accounts and once the deal gets closed he will say its his account....bad culture...Sales people will not feel a part of company

      Some good people work there

      Cons

      CEO controls everything and if any plan with sales and marketing does not work in 30 days he changes the plan. Someone needs to be the sales director that understands marketing and not just change a plan every 30 days. Everyone is scared of him and will not say anything.
