Pros

Made great friends here. Benefits are absolute minimal, but better than none at all.

Cons

The pay is low for the stress and amount of work they put you through on the day to day. 3 days vacation for your initial year, and cost of insurance will be rising from what it once was. Other departments are not willing to assist new employees to learn if it is not in their respective department. Every department believes they are the backbone of the company and will take out their anger on you from time to time. Everyone in the company works hard and deserves the same respect across the board. The CEO doesnt go to work and when he decides to stop by he makes the environment feel more like a sweat shop than a workplace, if it is slow they expect you to find work even if there is nothing they expect us to do work of other departments. The CFO is cheap, dont expect to hear anything about a raise while you are here. Major favoritism with managers, some even sleep with their employees. They will wring out your worth for as little money as possible. And will take away the enjoyment of working.

Pros

WS Display is a great place to work if you're looking for advancement opportunities and a supportive team. Over time, work-life balance and compensation have improved significantly. There’s an open-door culture, and leadership up to the executive level is easy to reach and always willing to help. The company also places strong focus on training and safety, making sure everyone is set up for success. Overall, it’s a positive and growth-oriented environment.

Cons

While there are opportunities for advancement, employees would benefit from a clearly defined structure of job titles and pay ranges to provide a transparent roadmap for career growth.

Pros

You will meet some (not all) great people

Cons

Working here has been one of the most disappointing professional experiences of my career. The work environment is toxic, with little to no support from upper leadership—including the CEO and COO. Issues such as sexual harassment are not taken seriously, and those who speak up often feel silenced or ignored. There is also clear favoritism, with certain employees receiving special treatment regardless of performance or conduct, which creates a hostile and demoralizing atmosphere for the rest of the team. What's especially troubling is that management recently asked employees to post positive reviews to boost their low ratings on platforms like Indeed. Rather than addressing the root causes of employee dissatisfaction, they seem more focused on appearances than meaningful change. If you're considering working here, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and asking direct questions during the interview process about company culture and leadership accountability.
