Owner speaks badly of staff to other staff, both in front of the person and behind their back. Owner asks staff to perform shady, immoral or otherwise questionable tasks.

Friday afternoons off, good vacation time allowance. flexible work times

The benefits package was not good, pay is also below the industry average, and do not expect and promotions/bonuses/salary increase. The leadership team is all over the place. Poor culture, poor communication. Very disorganized. No accountability, management clearly picks favorites. Would not recommend for a junior employee trying to progress in their career, if you are an established "later in career" person this might work for you but there is no training no growth and no leadership.
