Pros

Zero. There is nothing good about working here other than one or 2 valuable team members. Supported Learning Centre is well run but I’m afraid that’s where it ends.

Cons

Everything. organisationally, policies outdated, as are procedures, rude SMT. Companies calling every 10-15 mins asking to speak with finance chasing debts. Awful atmosphere at both sites.

Pros

Genuinely some lovely team members that you get to work with on a daily basis. Pity this cannot be said for those in management.

Cons

EDI is not practiced for staff - differing pay, favouritism, inconsistent processes. The company is very 'cliquey' and your face either fits or doesn't, regardless of your abilities. No positive motivation, praise or encouragement. I experienced bullying with no support. This has been the worst place I have ever worked.

Pros

As a Marketing Officer, I’ve been given a great deal of creative freedom and trust to shape campaigns, introduce new ideas, and collaborate across departments. The company offers a good work–life balance, plenty of opportunities to get involved in projects across different sites, and the satisfaction of promoting something truly meaningful, education and opportunity. I just love working with everyone at WS Training!

Cons

Sometimes projects move quickly, and priorities can shift, so you need to be adaptable, but it keeps the work interesting and varied.
