      Pros

      Fantastic place to work. They not only care about their patients, they also care about their team members.

      Cons

      Nothing big. If you've never worked in a system with multiple hospitals it's a bit of an adjustment, but everyone is great.

      Pros

      Very Organized. Professional. Great communication they take care of their people. Had several different projects available at any given time.

      Cons

      The downsides are that you are a contract employee usually without benefits. The current gas prices are not helping the industry.
